If you live in the Southeast, the Atlanta Decorative Arts Center, known as ADAC, is a great resource for interior design inspiration.
With 60 showrooms covering 550,000 square feet, ADAC is the epicenter for 1,200 products ranging from fabric, furniture, rugs and lighting to accessories, floor and wall coverings, antiques and fine art.
Unlike most design centers, which are open exclusively to professional interior designers, ADAC is open to the public. This provides an opportunity for anyone to touch and feel products not typically available from retail stores, however purchases must be made through an interior designer.
For example, you can find hundreds of Sunbrella fabric patterns and colors available exclusively from showrooms in ADAC. In a single visit, you may find something unexpected that will take your project in a different direction.
ADAC can also help connect homeowners with interior designers who can help them transform their inspiration into reality.
